How the fees work
Dojo prices each business individually from a quote, but its published pay-as-you-go rate is 1.39% + 5p with no monthly fee. A Sell In-Person subscription drops the rate to 0.79% + 3p in exchange for a monthly fee (around 12.99 to 17.99 pounds + VAT), which works out cheaper once you process a few thousand pounds a month.
Readers cost from about 59 pounds + VAT and connect over WiFi or 4G. Settlement is next working day as standard, and takings go to your existing UK business bank account, so you do not have to switch banks. Businesses processing over 100,000 pounds a year are moved to negotiated pricing.
